How To Make Frappuccino At Home

Equipment

  • Espresso Machine
  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml Espresso
  • 150 ml Milk Or Milk Substitute
  • 10 Ice Cubes
  • 2 tbsp Syrup (E.g. Chocolate Or Caramel)
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions
 

  • Put 60ml of the cooled espresso into a blender. If you cannot prepare an espresso at home, you can also switch to strongly brewed filter coffee as an alternative. 
  • Now add 150 ml milk and mix both ingredients in the blender.
  • Now add 2 tablespoons of syrup and 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder and then mix these components in as well. 
  • Add about 10 ice cubes and mix them with the ingredients. In the mixer, these are ideally processed into evenly crushed iced. 
  • Then pour the mix into a large glass, eg a latte macchiato glass. 
  • Finally, you can garnish the frappuccino with whipped cream and various toppings. 

Notes

Also, add a pinch of pectin to get a particularly creamy consistency. Be bold and try different flavors. You don't have to pay close attention to the quantities. Depending on your preference, you can use more or less syrup or use sugar alternatives such as honey or maple syrup.
