Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
If for any reason you need to return an item, we will handle your return or refund promptly The following items outline the steps you must take to request a return.
Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to RMAs and exchanges:
- We will accept returns within 30 days of your receipt. Exceptions to this are damaged and defective items, which have their own return policy (see below).
- Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with the manufacturer’s original packaging.
- Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable.
- Coffee machines are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Damaged products: If a package arrives and is damaged, please notify us via our contact form. Claims against a common carrier must be made by us.
- Save all packaging for any claims.

Refund Approval
We process your REFUND within 7 working days, and it may take additional 15 working days to reflect on your bank account, depending on your bank processing time.
The refund goes back to the same account/card and bank detail we received the payment.
